Yes, It is going up to 96 degrees this afternoon! Yes, after weeks of rain every other day we have jumped fast forward and are in the midst of a heat wave! Yes, these are mid-July temps! And, yes, I did!! I went out in the early hours to get some late tomatoes and peppers into a garden row. But I couldn't have done it without some help!
Steve got on our John Deere and we accomplished the task in record time. The beds were planted along with the seed potato baskets by the time we were ready to quit. I love going out into my garden....love getting lost in tending to the little details and being alone with my thoughts among flowers and herbs. But on days like today, having a
'Gardening Angel' is a God send :)
